Sammamish Friends

We formed in 2012 out of the Parks Commission. Since our founding, we’ve met every month, focusing on positive engagement in environmental stewardship and community development. Find out more at sammamishfriends.org/about-us/

Sammamish Friends is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports other Sammamish volunteer groups and projects. Our tagline is “Protecting our Environment and Enriching our Community.” As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we act as an “umbrella organization,” providing organizational and financial support to the many local groups that are helping shape Sammamish.
