Volunteer! Planting and Potting at Lower Commons Park

Join volunteers with the Washington Native Plant Society, the National Wildlife Federation, and the Sammamish YMCA to help plant and clean up our native plant demonstration garden. Volunteers will also help pot up native plants for use in parks around Sammamish. Give back to your community, learn about native plants and enhance salmon habitat!

This project is perfect for students looking to complete community service hours for school and great for groups of all ages. Water, snacks, gloves and tools will be provided. Please dress appropriately for weather, wear long sleeves/pants and closed-toed shoes.
