Help restore habitat at Big Rock Park South by maintaining native plantings. Volunteers will be weeding, watering and caring for native plantings.
Parking Details: Volunteers can park or be dropped off at the Big Rock Central. If parking lot is flow, there is some street parking available near the park. Please be sure to not block the road, any driveways or mailboxes when parking. (see map below for approximate parking areas and walking directions.
Meeting Place: Volunteer should plan to meet near the barn by the pollinator panel fence. (see map)ALL volunteers are required to have a valid waiver on file. If you do not have one, you will be unable to volunteer.HOW TO REGISTER SIGN UP AND FOR AN EVENT

If this is your or your child's first time volunteering for the city please review the guidelines below:
Adults 18+ can create an account and fill out a waiver. After completing the waiver you must then respond to the opportunity to sign up.
Youth between 15 - 17 years old can create an account and then have their parent or guardian sign the required waiver form (this will be done by email). Once the waiver is signed, you must then respond to the opportunity to sign up.
Minors under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Parent or Guardian must create an account and respond as a team and add the amount of spots they are reserving for their team/family. The parent or Guardian is required to fill out wavier online for themselves and a printed minors wavier form must be brought to work site for each minor 14 and under on the day of event completely filled out.
