City of Sammamish Parks & Recreation is looking for individuals or families to adopt and care for little libraries in Sammamish Parks. Duties will include:
Book/item restock ( as needed, may collect, fundraise or donate)
Monthly inspections include checking for:
garbage/non-book items (flyers, pamplets, propaganda)*
leaks/water damage
damage/vandalism
removing damaged/moldy books
*Seed library is the exception and can contain seeds packets and garden related pamphlets
Requirements
- Ages 8+
- minimum 6 month commitment
- complete & submit inspection sheet
