Location Changed to Big Rock Park South
Help restore habitat at Big Rock Park South by maintaining and adding native plantings. Volunteers will be weeding, watering and caring for native plantings.
Parking Details: Volunteers can park or be dropped off at the Big Rock Central. If parking lot is flow, there is some street parking available near the park. Please be sure to not block the road, any driveways or mailboxes when parking. (see map below for approximate parking areas and walking directions.
Meeting Place: Volunteer should plan to meet near the barn by the pollinator panel fence. (see map)ALL volunteers are required to have a valid waiver on file. If you do not have one, you will be unable to volunteer.

We will be planting native trees in Sammamish plateau. Volunteers will be helping with digging and planting native trees. Exact location will be added before Oct 15th. Give back to your community, learn about native trees and plants in wetlands and how it enhances wildlife habitat!
This project is perfect for anyone who is looking for a way to volunteer outside with physical work. Please dress appropriately for weather, and bring a water bottle. Close toed shoes, long sleeves and pants are required.

Youth between 15 - 18 years old must create account and fill out wavier online with parent or guardian completing wavier by signing their portion through email.
Minors under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Parent or Guardian must respond as a team and add the amount of spots they are reserving for their team/family. Parent or Guardian are required to fill out wavier online for themselves and minors wavier forms must be brought to work site on the day of event completely filled out.
